Rigger | Dogman - Brisbane Area Base salary equivalent of $95K super & benefits, with potential to earn up to 106K annually depending on hours worked Full Time Permanent Position Well established company About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Rigger Dogman to join our fast-paced precast yard operation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the safe and efficient handling, lifting, and placement of precast concrete elements using rigging and dogging techniques. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rigging and dogging tasks in accordance with Australian safety standards and site procedures Safely operate lifting equipment to move precast concrete components around the yard Perform pre-lift checks and ensure rigging gear is maintained and compliant Communicate effectively with crane operators and team members to coordinate lifts Assist with load securing and prepare precast elements for transport Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety, reporting hazards and incidents promptly Essential Criteria: Current Rigger and Dogman ticket (relevant high-risk licenses mandatory) Proven experience working in a precast concrete or heavy industrial environment Strong knowledge of rigging gear, lifting techniques, and safety compliance Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks What's In It For You!
